Sales and invoicing
For a business that sells services or goods on a quote and an invoice: clients, proposals your clients sign online, and invoices from an accepted letter.
What it does
A client book
Every client with its contacts, documents, letters, work and renewals in one place, and a catalogue of what you sell.
Proposals signed on a link
The client opens a link and signs by drawing. Nobody needs an account to sign.
The Owner signs before it goes out
A letter reaches a client, and an invoice is issued, only after the Owner has signed it.
Invoices from an accepted letter
An accepted letter becomes its invoices, with the tax worked out on each one.
Work and renewals
Work in progress for each client, and renewals raised before a service lapses.
Who owes what
Receivables by client with ageing, matched against the bank statement.
Business lines
Set up for how you sell
Pick the kind of business you run and the catalogue, the work steps and the wording start from it. All of it is yours to change.
Service business
Agencies, consultants, designers, IT firms and photographers.
Rental and serviced office

Supply and install
Furniture and fit-out supplied to a client's offices, with installation.
Wholesale and distribution
Distributors and suppliers selling to businesses on credit.
Trades and construction
Builders, fit-out, electrical, plumbing and renovation.
Recurring services
Bookkeeping, IT support, cleaning, maintenance and security.

What it is not for
sieraOS records what you sell and invoice, not what you hold.
- Stock levels and purchase orders.
- Sales at a counter or till, and a restaurant's walk-in orders.
- Hotels and homestays, which are bookings.
- Farming and fishing, which sell commodities.
Who signs
A person signs each step that matters. The model reads and proposes.
- The client signs the letter by drawing on a link
- The Owner signs a letter before it reaches a client
- The Owner signs an invoice before it is issued
