How is it priced?
One flat price for the whole account, a month, before tax. The yearly plan costs less each month than the monthly plan, and the monthly plan can be stopped at any time.
Is there a price for each person?
No. Each plan covers up to a number of people, or an unlimited number on Enterprise, for the same price.
What kind of business is it for?
Staff and payroll, Books and Hiring work for any small company, whatever it sells. Sales and invoicing is built for a business that sells on a quote and an invoice: services, trades, wholesale and made-to-order goods. sieraOS records what you sell and invoice, not what you hold, so it keeps no stock levels, and it has no till for counter sales.
Does it pay my staff?
Signing off a month is not paying it. sieraOS works out payroll and the payslips and a person signs the month, and the payment is made outside sieraOS.
Is payroll in every plan?
In Indonesia, payroll is included in Enterprise and an add-on on Essential and Scale. Staff records, leave and attendance are in every plan. In Singapore and Australia payroll is a connection to your own payroll product, in every plan.
What does the Payroll add-on cover?
In Indonesia: the payroll month, signed by Finance and then the Owner, the payslips, THR, the PPh 21 and BPJS sheet, the opening balances, and the screens where a person's tax and BPJS details are kept. It is included in Enterprise and an add-on on Essential and Scale. Months you have already signed stay in your books if you stop it.
What does the Hiring add-on cover?
Hiring from an approved headcount to a signed contract and a staff record. It is included in Enterprise and an add-on on Essential and Scale. Its screens and the links to hiring managers and candidates need it; if you stop it, your hiring records are kept.
What are API connections and API keys?
Enterprise only: API keys and connections to other software.
What happens to my records if I change plan?
Nothing is deleted. A screen your plan does not include is taken out of the menu, and the records stay. A link sent to a hiring manager or a candidate shows a plain page until Hiring is turned back on.
Can an accounting firm run the books for a client?
Yes. A partner firm opens the Finance module of a client's account and gives the first signature on a month. The client's Owner gives the second.
Who counts as a user?
A person with a login. A partner firm's people, and anyone who opens a personal link (a client, a candidate, a hiring manager), do not count.
What happens at a plan's limit?
The next person or company is refused, and the message names the plan that allows it. Changing plan deletes nothing.
How do I pay?
By card, in your plan's currency. The plan renews each period, and the monthly plan can be stopped at any time. Either you pay, or your partner firm pays on your behalf.
What happens if a payment fails?
You are told before the period ends. If it stays unpaid for seven days, the subscription is cancelled and the account is closed, and only its Owner can sign in, to export or to start again. You can export your invoices, reports and attendance at any time until then.
How does attendance work?
People clock in and clock out from their phone, and sieraOS checks their GPS position against the office. A tap from somewhere else is marked, with the reason the person gives, and the owner and office managers read who has signed in, from where, and who has not.
Which languages does it speak?
English and Indonesian, on every screen. Each person picks their own.
Where is my data kept?
In one database in Singapore. An account's records are visible only to the people in it, and to a partner firm through a link the client can end.
